Q. What can I do when I get an empty box? |
A: We checked carefully when we ship our package and we never send the empty box out .We suggest that you could get contact with the courier who deliver the package. He is the last person who took care of your package. If they don’t have the product, please contact us with a picture of the box as soon as possible. We will send replacement soon after confirmation. |
Q. How long before my package get shipped? |
A: For most of our product, we need 4 working days to process. Some of our customized products takes longer times. |
Q.How can I track my order? |
A: We will send an email to your contact email when we ship your package .If you didn’t receive the email you can send an email with your order number or other information about your order to our customer service . |
Q.Can I get the order information changed before you shipped out? |
A: Yes. Please send us an email or call us as soon as possible .We can change it for you before we engrave the item/ ship your package out. |
Q.Can I return a product for the reason that I just don’t like/need it? |
A: We can help you return the product you don’t want but we reserve the right to purchase the shipping&handing, restocking fee. |
